Paul Huxley is the Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) and serves as its Chairman of the Board of Directors. Huxley overseas all of the company's financial affairs as well as corporate business operations and shareholder relations. He has led S3 through nine acquisitions and established two international subsidiaries in London and Vilnius, Lithuania. Huxley previously owned and served as President of Compass, Inc., an IBM mainframe consulting firm, and its subsidiary, D.P.R., Inc., a temporary services firm. Compass, Inc. merged with S3 in 1992. Huxley became chairman and CFO at the time of the merger and has helped the company through 17 years of consecutive growth, exceeding $148 million in gross annual revenue in 2007. In addition to his traditional role as CFO, he also focuses on sales, branch management, service and recruitment, mentoring employees, and he is at the forefront of creating S3's professional development strategies. Huxley serves on the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's Board of Directors and Kresge Eye Institute's Board of Visitors and actively participates in the company's annual fundraisers, the MotorCity Shakedown and golf outing, which provide support for My Sister's Place, a Detroit shelter for victims of domestic violence. Huxley attended Central Michigan University and the University of Detroit.
