Paul M. Richter, Jr. has been practicing intellectual property law at Kenyon and Kenyon LLP since he graduated from law school in 1992. Mr. Richter primarily focuses on litigating patent cases before the federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. His patent litigation experience extends to many different practice areas, with particular expertise in the biotechnology, chemical, medical product, agricultural, and pharmaceutical industries.
Mr. Richter also is experienced in handling complex patent interference matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as preparing, prosecuting and managing patent applications and related patent prosecution on a worldwide basis. His practice includes counseling clients regarding patent infringement, validity and enforceability issues. He also is involved in the negotiation and licensing of intellectual property rights.
Prior to joining Kenyon and Kenyon LLP, Mr. Richter worked as a chemical engineer, where he carried out complex research and development activities. |
