Paul M. Sterczala has responsibilities for tax services for the Firm and his expertise extends to individual clients and clients in a variety of industries including family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses, manufacturing, not-for-profit, real estate, construction, health care, retail and developing companies. He specializes in corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, debt reorganization and cancellation, high-net-worth individuals, partnership taxation, real estate taxation and structuring, state taxation, employee benefits and retirement plans. He has authored numerous articles on tax planning, executive compensation, employee benefit plans and real estate taxation. He also authors the Firm's newsletters on current issues. Mr. Sterczala has conducted training programs and seminars both locally and nationally. Mr. Sterczala has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the Board of Directors and is the Treasurer for Connecticut�s Beardsley Zoo. |
