Mr. Tellier was, until December 2004, president and chief executive officer of Bombardier Inc. From 1992 to 2002, he was president and chief executive officer of the Canadian National Railway Company. From 1985 to 1992, he was Clerk of the Privy Council Office and Secretary to the Cabinet of the Government of Canada. He is a director of McCain Foods, Bell Canada, BCE Inc. and the advisory board of General Motors Canada. He is also a strategic advisor to Soci�t� G�n�rale (Canada). In 2005, Mr. Tellier was an advisor to the Government of Canada in the softwood lumber negotiations with the United States.
