Mr. Laurenza is a member of the Government Policy Practice Group where he concentrates on litigation, antitrust and regulatory law matters with emphasis in Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Product Safety Commission, and Department of Transportation matters. He has also been extensively involved in trade association counseling and litigation.
Experience
Mr. Laurenza�s litigation practice has covered representation of corporate, governmental and trade association clients on a broad range of matters, including antitrust, commercial and government contracts, intellectual property, international trade, product safety and liability, professional liability, and transportation. He has handled matters before federal and state courts, administrative agency tribunals, boards of contract appeals and arbitration panels.
On regulatory issues, Mr. Laurenza has represented many leading manufacturers, importers, retailers and industry associations in the consumer product, food and drug, transportation, construction and industrial sectors. His work has spanned a wide array of product safety and liability, health, advertising and warranty, import and distribution, and related matters, including representation of clients in complex agency rulemakings and resulting federal appellate court reviews.
While in law school, Mr. Laurenza was the Editor-In-Chief of the Washington University Law Quarterly. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and has been admitted to practice before various federal district courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Laurenza has authored more than thirty publications on antitrust, regulatory, trade and litigation topics in leading domestic and international legal, business and trade periodicals. He has also spoken at various ABA and District of Columbia Bar Association programs.
