He has developed expertise in matters involving valuation, the assessment of economic damages, and the examination of the feasibility of business operations. Mr. Shields is also a certified insolvency and restructuring advisor and has received the Accredited in Business Valuation designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
