Paul P. Lehr, age 59, has served as our Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2004, and from November 2003 to October 2004, Mr. Lehr served as our Vice President of Operations. From December 2001 until joining us in November 2003, Mr. Lehr was self-employed. Mr. Lehr also served as executive vice president commercial sales of CSK Auto, Inc., a publicly traded automotive parts distribution company, from February 2000 to December 2001. Before joining CSK Auto, in 1980 Mr. Lehr founded Motor Age, Inc., a distributor of automotive replacement parts. Motor Age became part of Parts Plus Group, Inc. in 1997, and Mr. Lehr served as president and chief executive officer of that industry roll-up until he joined CSK Auto in February 2000. He received a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from City University of New York. |
