Paul has over thirty years of experience in accounting, auditing, consulting, business valuation, and litigation support services. His current and past clients include public and private companies of various sizes in the fields of lending, leasing, food, medical, insurance, real estate, retail, technology, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and professional services. Prior to his joining our firm, Paul was a senior audit manager at Price Waterhouse. He has taught auditing and accounting courses at a Bay Area university, and delivered speeches on the SEC reporting process and on other accounting, auditing and business valuation topics. Paul has also been an expert witness on accounting, auditing, business valuation, and economic loss issues in more than twenty trials and arbitrations. |
