Paul R. Goodwin has served as a director of Manhattan Associates since 2003, bringing nearly 40 years of transportation services experience to the position. Mr. Goodwin served as vice-chairman and chief financial officer of CSX Corporation, which, through its subsidiaries, operates the largest rail network in the eastern United States. CSX Corporation provides intermodal transportation services across the U.S. and into key markets in Canada and Mexico. Mr. Goodwin started with CSX Corporation in 1965 and has held various senior management positions with the company, including executive vice president and chief financial officer, senior vice president finance and planning and executive vice president of finance and administration. In addition to serving on the boards of directors for the National Railroad Retirement Investment Trust, Horizon Lines LLC, and Savannah Harbor Holdings LLC, Mr. Goodwin is active in various educational organizations including the University of Virginia Engineering Foundation and the University of North Florida Foundation. Mr. Goodwin received his bachelor degree in civil engineering from Cornell and an MBA from George Washington University. |
