Paul R. Greco is vice president of Contracts for the Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD) and the RF Communications Division (RFCD), reporting to the corporate executive vice president and GCSD president. GCSD develops and produces advanced communications and information systems for the Department of Defense and other government agencies and their prime contractors. RFCD designs and manufactures tactical communications products, embeddable encryption technologies, and communications systems for domestic and international customers. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Greco was director of Contracts at RFCD. In this position he supported the division as an active representative in numerous strategic business pursuits and alliances, and as a participant in contract and subcontract formation. Mr. Greco provided extensive senior level experience in structuring, pricing, negotiating, and administering technically complex domestic and international contracts and subcontracts in government and commercial business areas. Mr. Greco joined Harris in 1989 as a principal contracts specialist in support of U.S. Government business, and has held positions of increasing responsibility also supporting international contract management, subcontract management, and divisional compliance. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Greco was employed at Textron Defense Systems in contract and subcontract management roles, at Grumman Aerospace Corporation in a contracts capacity, and at NCR Corporation in a sales related role. Mr. Greco holds a B.S. degree from State University of New York at Oswego, and an M.B.A. from Adelphi University. He is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
