Mr. Paul Jones has more than 30 years of experience involved business and scientific solutions applying application and computer technologies to solve complex problems. He is the former CTO of the Salk Institute in La Jolla, California, former CIO Unocal Corporation, Los Angeles, California, and currently heads the Software Asset Management practice for Southern California Edison. Dr. Jones holds PhD and Master of Science degrees in Geophysics from Oregon State University and BS degrees in Physics and Geophysical Oceanography from University of Washington.
