Paul Fleck is a partner in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. He represents employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour issues. Mr. Fleck provides advice and counsel to employers on human resources issues and regularly conducts employee handbook, personnel policy, wage and hour, and procedure audits. Mr. Fleck conducts continuing education programs for attorneys and training programs for managers, supervisors, and human resources professionals throughout California on such topics as wage and hour, leaves of absences, discrimination, sexual harassment, workers� compensation, employee discipline, violence in the workplace, and general labor law updates. Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Fleck worked in the field of human resources management at Fortune 500 and small California employers. Mr. Fleck was admitted to practice law in California in 1997 and is a member of the American Bar Association; Orange County Bar Association; State Bar of California; Board of Directors for the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of its Human Resources Roundtable Committee; Associate Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of La Habra and Brea. |
