Mr. Cooley brings eighteen years of experience in managing, preparing, and trying complex litigation cases to the firm. He concentrates on construction litigation, including construction defect, component part products liability, construction accidents, and related insurance coverage issues arising before, during, and after litigation. Mr. Cooley received his J.D. in 1990 from Loyola University of Los Angeles. Mr. Cooley was on the Dean�s List, a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, a Frank J. Brick academic merits scholarship recipient, and a student instructor in Constitutional Law. In addition, Mr. Cooley was an Editor and Staff Writer on Loyola�s Entertainment Law Journal. He earned his B.A. in Communications from Loyola Marymount University in 1987. |
