Paul T. Courtney, Federal Services Manager, has almost 10 years experience in Information Technology. Mr. Courtney first joined SM Consulting as a Recruiter/Sales representative. He was then promoted to Recruiting Manager and then to Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, Mr. Courtney started the DC Metro office, which was profitable within its first full year. Building on those successes, Mr. Courtney now has management responsibility for the Federal Services Division within SM Consulting.
Mr. Courtney began his career as a District Manager working for Automatic Data Processing. For the next several years at ADP and C.R. Bard, he continued to refine his skills and achieved highest honors in sales and business growth. Mr. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius College. |
