Paul Dell'Isola is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Capital Market Sales at FBR. He joined FBR on July 31, 1992, and was the 32nd employee hired. Mr. Dell'Isola ran the high yield trading desk before becoming the Senior Vice President and the leading producer of the Institutional Brokerage Sales Department. As Head of Capital Market Sales, he is part of a team that is responsible for the execution of capital market transactions.
Before joining FBR, he was the head of Finance and Insurance Department operations for Mid Atlantic Cars, the management company for the fifth-largest chain of automobile dealerships in the U.S.
Mr. Dell'Isola attended the University of Maryland.
He is active in the community and supports numerous charities. Paul and his wife, Miriam, are especially active in organizations that support the health and welfare of children, including St. Anne's Infant and Maternity Home, the Center City Consortium, and Catholic Charities. He currently lives in Great Falls, Virginia, with his wife and six children.
