Paul Frank is responsible for all phases of the design process at LRS. He emphasizes functional solutions as an evolution of the site, program and budget expectations. Paul's role is to synthesize clients' goals and objectives and transform them into three-dimensional reality. His extensive background includes master planning, office, retail and commercial facilities, multi-family and custom residential housing. Paul's expertise provides clients with timeless, detailed design solutions.
Paul is a licensed architect in the states of Arizona, Oregon, Florida, North Dakota, Nevada, Texas and Washington and is NCARB certified. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1984. |
