Paul T. Kleppetsch is an associate in the firm's Chicago office where he concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability and medical malpractice insurance defense. Mr. Kleppetsch participated in two Trial Advocacy competitions, including a quarterfinal finish in the Texas Young Lawyer's Association National Trial Competition. He also served as an editor to The John Marshall Law Review and published an article entitled, In the Wake of Kyllo v. United States: The Future of Thermal Imaging Cameras.
