Paul Lyons represents many major employers in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Education. He also handles client matters at labor arbitrations, in collective bargaining negotiations, and in employment litigation in state and federal courts. Paul provides labor and employment counsel to a number of major academic institutions, as well as to health care, manufacturing, financial services and other corporate clients.
Before joining Foley Hoag in 1973, Paul spent five years as an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board in Boston, Massachusetts.
