Paul is based in the firm�s London office and specializes in serving clients involved in capital markets activity. A seasoned professional with 19 years of capital markets experience, Paul entered the search industry with Executive Access. Based in Hong Kong, he built the firm�s Debt and Derivatives Practice for the Asia-Pacific and non-Japan Asia regions. Most recently, Paul founded the London office of financial services search boutique, Global Sage, creating a team focused on Fixed Income, Equity, and Investment Banking which, after only two years, was recognized as one of London�s top five firms. Paul�s corporate career has provided him with a blend of global consulting and industry experience, the basis for his deep understanding of diverse cultures and talent requirements. Initially, Paul joined Price Waterhouse�s London office as a member of the banking sector team which served the world�s pre-eminent banking institutions such as Chase Manhattan Bank and JP Morgan. He later accepted a position with Chase Manhattan in Hong Kong, leading a team responsible for all capital markets and investment banking business and was involved in assignments for every major trading center in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australasia. During this time Paul also provided financial market product training for the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England. Paul received an MBA from Durham University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business from the same school; His thesis, The structure, power and influence of human resource management in the capital markets and investment banking industry, informs Paul�s understanding of the talent management challenges faced by his clients. Paul is actively involved with The Children�s Society as their London President. |
