Paul Bowman is Managing Director, Customer Strategies at Merkle. In this position, Paul works closely with clients to develop strategies to expand their customers' value through loyalty and retention marketing programs.
Paul's career includes more than 20 years of experience in establishing and managing customer programs that help grow customer loyalty for companies within the telecommunications, retail, and travel markets. Paul has played an integral role in establishing such programs such as Blockbuster, Hilton Hotels, Pfizer, Pizza Hut, Alltel Wireless and many others.
Prior to joining Merkle, Paul was Managing Director, Direct and Loyalty Marketing at Hawkeye Communications in Dallas. Earlier, Paul was a senior management and vice president positions for 12 years at Rapp Collins Worldwide. Other career highlights include senior management positions at Brierley & Partners and McCann Relationship Marketing.
Paul graduated from Indiana University with a degree in quantitative business analysis and holds an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Arlington. |
