Mr. Cairns joined NorthMarq Capital in 1998 after working in the title insurance industry. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota - Morris with majors in Speech Communication & Political Science. Mr. Cairns co-managers the NorthMarq Defeasance Services program. Also, he is responsible for the NorthMarq Freddie Mac and Lehman Brothers programs in 12 regional offices. NorthMarq has originated over $10 Billion of Freddie Mac and Lehman loans since the mid 1990�s. |
