Paul Capozzoli has a decade of experience as a paralegal focusing on immigration law matters. Since 2000 he has worked with the lawyers of Foley Hoag's Labor and Employment Department, helping them prepare, assimilate and submit immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. His activity on non-immigrant visa petitions includes filings H, L, O, B, R, F, K, TN and all subsequent alien relative petitions, while he handles such immigrant visa filings as EB-1, EB-2 & EB-3 petitions. Paul also helps to schedule office meetings and maintains the immigration practice's database.
Before joining the firm Paul served as an immigration paralegal at firms in Massachusetts and Virginia. At the former firm he worked directly with the President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and at both firms he assisted numerous individual and family clients with their immigration needs. Paul has also worked as a Public Affairs Assistant for the MSPCA, where he served as a media and public relations liaison concerning animal rights issues and the work of the organization.
