Paul Cardosi joined Spatial in November, 2007 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, legal, corporate development, information technology and facilities. Before coming to Spatial, Mr. Cardosi worked at consulting firm vcfo Inc. as interim CFO at several Colorado based venture capital backed software companies. Prior to vcfo, Paul was CFO and co-founder of CreekPath Systems an enterprise storage software company that was successfully acquired by Opsware (OPSW) in 2006. Prior to CreekPath, Paul worked in international executive and management positions in finance, accounting and operations at Exabyte, Hewlett Packard and Apricot Computers. Mr. Cardosi has an MBA from Strathclyde University (Glasgow, Scotland) and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) from London, UK.
