Paul D. Grossman, Ph.D., Esq. serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to Invitrogen, Dr. Grossman held a variety of leadership roles during his more than 20 years at Applied Biosystems (ABI). Dr. Grossman worked as a research scientist, patent attorney and as Vice President of Intellectual Property and Chief Group Counsel. Most recently, he served as ABI�s Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Dr. Grossman received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He has authored numerous scientific publications, was the co-editor of the book Capillary Electrophoresis: Theory and Practice, and holds more than 70 U.S. and foreign patents. |
