In addition, Hector also possesses Six SigmaSM Process training.Prior joining Service Intelligence, he spent over a decade leading operations for an $85 billion home improvement retailer. During his tenure, he established a Mystery Shopping Program throughout global operations focusing on gaining insight on new strategies to enhance the customer experience. Given his expertise, Service Intelligence was pleased to name Hector as the Vice President of Business Solutions in 2006 where he directs the team of data analysts in the effective utilization and correlation of data to optimize business improvement.Hector received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Columbus University. |
