Paul Hsu is a Senior Associate of Regent Street, a boutique firm specializing in the sale and financing of distinctive hotels and resorts throughout North America and the Caribbean . The firm, which was formed in late 2003, is currently providing advisory services for nearly $1,400,000,000 worth of hospitality assets.

He is responsible for assisting the Managing Director in the valuation of hotel assets, the facilitation of client's underwriting, and the firm's business development efforts.

Mr. Hsu is involved in community service. Currently, he serves as a member of the committee responsible for the Battle of the Mind event which raises funds and awareness for the St. Pete Free Clinic.

Mr. Hsu received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University .
