Paul Kavanagh, Chief Technology Officer Mr. Kavanagh has extensive experience leading technical teams in the development and implementation of large-scale Web-based applications. Some of his skills include project management, project scope/application design and project lifecycle implementation. He also has the unique ability to understand business needs behind project requirements, understand business process and workflow and translates these into technological requirements. Prior to joining tip | Interactive, Paul was the Web Development Manager for Newcourt Capital Group. Paul was responsible for interfacing with project managers to allocate resources, defining project resource needs and checking progress against milestones. Mr. Kavanagh was also responsible for evaluating project requirements in terms of development resources, technology direction, and application and process workflow. |
