Paul Kitchin is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein who concentrates in intellectual property litigation, trademark policing, and trademark prosecution. Paul�s hobby for many years has been playing complex and competitive games of strategy and diplomacy, and he sees his practice as a more challenging extension of his hobby that he gets to enjoy every day. Experience Paul represented a small business inventor of medical devices in an unfair competition litigation against a large competitor selling knock-off products. He helped negotiate settlements to domain name disputes and trademark oppositions. He represented trademark owners in international trademark prosecution and in international trademark policing strategies. Professional and Community Involvement Paul is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Boston Patent Law Association, and the International Trademark Association. Paul is a writing coach for 8th Grade Academy, a Citizens Schools program that recruits lawyers to teach writing skills to Boston eight graders to help them bridge from middle school to high school and from high school to college.
