As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Paul Shaddock oversees global employee hiring, termination, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compensation, management development and facilities management.
Shaddock joined CSG Systems, Inc. in 1997 as Vice President of Human Resources and has provided leadership as the company has expanded, increasing its office locations and worldwide employee population.
Prior to joining CSG, Shaddock was director of employee relations at Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, director of human resources at United Technologies Microelectronics Center and director of human resources at NBI, Inc.
Shaddock holds at Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration degree from SUNY at Binghamton.
