Paul has seventeen years of professional experience in providing business and financial consulting services. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory services, private debt and equity transactions, corporate development, business strategy, financial audits and internal financial controls evaluation. Prior to forming Dunning Capital, Paul originated and managed merger, acquisition and financing assignments in the Raleigh office of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC from 1993 to 2000, then again from 2001 to 2002. At E&Y, he served clients operating in the manufacturing, technology, consumer products, and the health and life sciences industries. From 2000 to 2001, Paul was Vice President of Corporate Finance at BTI, a $280 million regional telephone company. Prior to joining E&Y, he was with National City Corporation (a $98 billion commercial bank based in Cleveland, Ohio). Paul holds a BA in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
