Paul L. Vogel received his BS and MA in Accountancy (Taxation) and JD from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He received his LLM in Taxation from Washington University St. Louis. Mr. Vogel serves as President & CEO of Argos Partners. He has been quoted as an authority on income tax matters in The Wall Street Journal, on financial planning by The St. Louis Business Journal and on business succession issues by the Dallas Business Journal.
