Paul F.Vogel is Executive Vice President of Lachman Consultant Services, Inc. (LCS). Prior to joining Lachman Consultant Services, Mr. Vogel held several key management positions in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, including:
FDA Director, Division of Manufacturing and Product Quality/CDER
FDA Director, Division of Drug Quality Compliance/CDER
FDA Director, Government-wide Quality Assurance Program (Pharmaceuticals)
As Director of the Division of Manufacturing and Product Quality/CDER, Mr. Vogel directed and managed the enforcement of cGMPs worldwide for human pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceutical products. This involved the development of regulations, compliance policy and industry guidance, and the approval of legal and regulatory enforcement actions. He managed FDA's cGMP and preapproval compliance programs for Finished Pharmaceuticals and Bulk Pharmaceutical Chemicals. Mr. Vogel also served as FDA representative to the international regulatory community for cGMP matters. |
