Paul Walrath joined the Eastman Kodak Company in 1976 as a development engineer at Kodak Park. He served in a number of manufacturing positions in Rochester and then Chalon, France, through 1991. From there, he moved into the Consumer Imaging business unit, ultimately becoming the regional business general manager responsible for the initial launch of Kodak Picture Maker kiosks in the US & Canada.
Walrath rejoined Imaging Materials Manufacturing in 1999, serving first as assistant manufacturing manager for IMM in Chalon, France, followed by a four-year stint as IMM site manager at Kodak�s newly constructed facility in Xiamen, China, through March of 2003. In March, he returned to Rochester as associate director, Global Capture Flow.
He moved on to become director of the Global Paper and Imaging Chemicals Flow and vice president, Eastman Kodak Company, in September of 2003, holding that position until December of 2005.
He currently is director of Worldwide Operations, Film and Photofinishing Systems Group, and vice president, Eastman Kodak Company. In May 2006, he took on the additional title of chief operating officer for the business unit.
Walrath was elected vice president of the company by the board of directors in October of 2003. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of Rochester. |
