Mr. Walsh joined Silicon Laboratories in 2004 as the Director of Finance for Worldwide Operations. He was appointed Corporate Controller in 2005 and Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in 2006. Mr. Walsh has more than a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry and has had significant roles related to business operations, financial planning and analysis, international finance and accounting, and technical accounting and compliance. Prior to Silicon Labs, Mr. Walsh was the Site Controller for PerkinElmer. From 2000 to 2003, he worked for Teradyne where he served as the Manufacturing Controller and Finance Manager. He spent eight years at Analog Devices in various roles including Finance Manager for the DSP division. Mr. Walsh is certifiable as a CPA, holds an M.B.A from Boston University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Maine. |
