Senior Vice President of Human Resources Cornerstone Brands, Inc. Paul Wolfe was recently promoted to Senior Vice-President of Human Resources for Cornerstone Brands, Inc., which is part of the IAC Retailing Division. He will be responsible for seven distinct catalog brands: Frontgate/Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, Garnet Hill, Improvements, Smith+Noble, The Territory Ahead and TravelSmith and the Cornerstone Consolidated Services Group which is the service provider for the catalogs. Cornerstone Brands has approximately 2400 employees in the United States. Most recently, Mr. Wolfe served as Senior Vice President Global Human Resources for Match.com where, over a four year period, he built a global HR team supporting employees in eight countries focused on attracting and developing top talent. He is credited with developing and implementing programs for succession management, performance management and employee engagement - to name a few. He was responsible for all aspects of domestic and international human resources. Mr. Wolfe joined Match.com�s predecessor, Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch (TMCS), Inc., in 1998 and held various leadership positions including vice president of human resources. After the merger of TMCS and Ticketmaster, Mr. Wolfe held the role of vice president of employee development and international human resources where he developed and implemented a Human Capital Program and Leadership Development curricula. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wolfe worked in various human resources, customer service and management development roles for American Express and General Electric. Mr. Wolfe holds a bachelor�s degree from Nova Southeastern University (Davie, Fla.). |
