For nearly 20 years, Paula Lynch-Griffith has worked on the acquisition and disposition of commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family, and residential property, as well as forward investment transactions, development and construction projects, commercial leasing, telecommunications, and leasing and licensing bond transactions. Ms. Lynch-Griffith also focuses on real estate and asset-based lending transactions, representing lenders and borrowers and advising on a variety of real estate issues related to mergers, takeovers, management buy-outs, joint ventures, and partnerships.
