Paula L. Hann, VP of Corporate Administration, brings to Cayenne Medical more than twenty-one years of experience developing, implementing and managing financial systems and strategies for an array of organizations. Most recently, Ms. Hann served as an independent business performance and financial consultant for Heritage Partners, APX Holdings and Rivien Health. With Heritage Partners, Ms. Hann participated in various acquisitions and dissolutions including the integration following a $770 million acquisition of a subsidiary of R.R. Donnelley with a combined 52 sites throughout the US. For Rivien Health she filled the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, a position she has also performed for VistaCare, where she oversaw the integration of operational and financial processes following the $60 million acquisitions of two other healthcare organizations. Previously, Ms. Hann served as Chief Financial Officer for Health Services Advisory Group and earlier in her career she was Healthcare Manager at Ernst & Yung's Phoenix office. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona. |
