Paula Rosput Reynolds has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for AGL Resources, Inc. since February 2002 and President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2000. She was Chairman of Atlanta Gas Light Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGL Resources, from 2000 until 2003. Ms. Rosput Reynolds was President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlanta Gas Light Company from September 1998 until November 2000. She was President and Chief Executive Officer of Duke Energy Power Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Duke Energy Corporation, from 1997 until 1998. Ms. Rosput Reynolds has been a director of Delta since August 2004. She is also a director of AGL Resources, Inc. and Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Age 48. |
