Paula Crow practices in the areas of real estate acquisition, financing and leasing. She also represents clients in redevelopment and affordable housing transactions, and has experience in cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Stein & Lubin in 2005, Ms. Crow practiced real estate law for 14 years at Goldfarb & Lipman, where she was a partner for nine years. While there, she structured and closed multi-million dollar real estate transactions that involved the use of credit-enhanced bank loans, commercial paper, an interest rate swap, sale/leasebacks, intercreditor agreements and ground leases. Ms. Crow graduated with highest honors from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977 with an A.B. degree in Anthropology, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her J.D. in 1980 from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley. |
