Paula S. Dennison is helping Baystate Health to be an Employer of Choice, and oversees human resources functions for the organization's 10,000 employees throughout the region. Prior to joining Baystate Health in February 2006, Ms. Dennison had been Vice President for Human Resources at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME since 1999. She has more than 25 years of extensive experience in health care human resources management. Ms. Dennison earned her bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State College, Bridgewater, Massachusetts, and earned her status as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). |
