Paula Rees manages all aspects of the operations and human resources divisions. She oversees facilities management, space planning, renovations, new offices, budgeting, legal issues and human relations, including personnel and benefits administration. She supervises a staff of 4 support personnel, and oversees operations that involve the managers of our diverse offices. Paula has been with Michael Saunders & Company since 1991, and enjoys being part of the planned growth of the organization, which has expanded from 6 offices and 200 associates, to 16 offices and over 300 sales associates. |
