As a member of the management team and the Director of Human Resources and Operations, Paulette is integrally involved in developing and maintaining West Monroe Partners'unique, participatory culture. Paulette is responsible for designing and implementing human resources programs across our US and international offices, including recruiting, orientation and professional development, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and health and safety programs.

Since joining West Monroe Partners in September 2002, Paulette has led many efforts to build internal processes and support structures. Key initiatives include developing our career model, performance appraisal, and upward feedback processes. Paulette also serves as chairperson of the company's compensation committee.
Paulette has more than 18 years of experience in the professional services industry. Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Paulette held leadership positions within Practice Management of Andersen's Business Consulting practice. Paulette worked with and supported several key executives with Midwest Regional responsibilities and was an integral part of the Business Consulting Operations team. She interacted daily with key clients and management at Andersen. Paulette was involved in many Chicago office and Midwest Region initiatives, including the task forces for Diversity and Growth and Retention of Women. She received several awards for her involvement at Andersen, as well as the Sequoia award for mentoring. |
