With five years of call center and operations management, Paulette Templin has proven her diverse capabilities and adaptability to an industry that is considered ever-changing. From financial analysis to call center team management, the value Paulette delivers to CSG Openline shapes the environment and production of our company. In her current role as Director of Call Center Operations, Paulette is the mediator of communication between our leadership team and two call center facilities. This includes supervising CCO Management, upholding equitable management practices and overseeing all production standards, as well as CCO capacity planning, partnering with business groups to ensure project success, managing and calculating KPI bonuses and maintaining an overall positive Agent experience. |
