As Head of BPO Operations Pavan is responsible for process service delivery migration process excellence recruitment process training employee satisfaction technology facilities and client interaction. Business processes include transaction processing accounting customer contact and collections across insurance banking and financial services utilities and other growth domains. Prior to this he was responsible for building and leading the Research & Analytics business unit at EXL a strategic growth area for the company. He also played a key role in identification and execution of initiatives for inorganic growth. Pavan joined EXL after a 17-year career at Bank of America where he had senior management roles in corporate banking finance capital markets and trading in various markets across Asia and Europe. He spearheaded the restructuring of the bank's securities activities in India and built and led capital markets businesses in Thailand Russia Korea and Poland. Pavan is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College Delhi and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. |
