Pedro Forment focuses his practice in employment litigation and advice, with emphasis on discrimination and harassment cases, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, Title III, ADEA, state and federal whistleblower statutes, employment contracts/non-compete issues, and workplace environmental/toxic torts. Pedro also conducts collective bargaining for and provides contract administration to employers in their relationships with unions. He has significant class action experience in multiple jurisdictions, and practices before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies throughout the United States. Pedro is a regular speaker on employment law matters.
Pedro is a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia and Massachusetts. He is also: a Member, Cuban-American Bar Association; Member, Employment and OSHA Sections of the American Bar Association; Member, the National Safety Council; Member, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and; Member, Academy of Florida Management Attorneys.
