As senior vice president of human resources for Hudson North America, Peg Buchenroth possesses more than fifteen years of specialized human resources experience within the staffing industry.
She is a practiced senior executive who has led multi-faceted HR functions encompassing recruiting, learning and development, organizational restructuring, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, and compliance.
Currently, Peg oversees all aspects of HR related to Hudson�s more than 600 staff employees and 4,000 billable consultants. She has developed a particular talent for managing human resources in a high-growth sales environment, balancing operational best practices and employee development with a thorough understanding of compliance, technology and financial demands.
Before assuming her current role in 2006, Peg served as director of compensation and benefits for Hudson�s parent company, Hudson Highland Group, Inc. There and at predecessor firms, her responsibilities included the analysis and creation of compensation plans, equity awards and variable incentive programs. Then and now, she also directs benefits programs for internal staff as well as Hudson�s contingent work force.
Peg holds a bachelor�s degree in Business Administration from the University of Findlay. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World@Work. She is frequently called upon to share her expertise in presentations and articles spanning various employee trends and topics. |
