Peg Kastner is responsible for leading OATSystems' professional services team in implementing solutions that deliver solid business benefit for customers.
Peg has over 15 years' experience in leadership roles in professional services and consulting services organizations in growing enterprise technology companies. Prior to joining OATSystems, she was responsible for service planning at Kronos, the leading provider of workforce management solutions. In this role, she led the organization responsible for developing and executing plans to expand the Service organization into new products and services, and for improving the overall efficiency, effectiveness and expertise of the service organization. Prior to Kronos, Peg led the professional services organization at TempoSoft, a provider of retail scheduling solutions, where she was responsible for building the US presence and professional services operations. Before joining TempoSoft, Peg led the professional services organization at Interlynx Technologies, a leading provider of web- and voice-based human resource applications serving the Fortune 500, where she led the services organization transformation from custom solutions to product-based implementations. Peg also spent ten years with CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants, a large Canadian IT consulting organization, where she held various technical and management positions.
Peg holds an MBA from Babson College, and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Vermont. |
