Peggy B. Lyndrup Chair, Corporate and Commercial Practice Group
Peggy is Chair of the firm's Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. She represents numerous publicly and privately held corporations in U.S. and international transactions. Peggy has over 25 years of experience working with manufacturing and service corporations in corporate and commercial matters. She regularly advises boards of directors and works extensively in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, product distribution, real estate leasing, advertising contracts, endorsements and licensing and international law. Peggy is also the Japan Team Chair.
