She has 25 years of marketing and public relations experience with a variety of businesses, including her own consulting practice. Her corporate experience includes six years as Vice President of Corporate and Brand Relationships for Metromedia Restaurant Group (Bennigan's, Steak and Ale, Ponderosa and Bonanza) responsible for strategic communications and issues management with key audiences critical to the company's growth and brand reinvention. Before joining MRG, she served in leadership positions with four public relations/advertising agencies where she was instrumental to agency growth in addition to developing client programs and counseling executive teams.
Peggy serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Foodservice Forum. Previously, she chaired several committees and spearheaded the development of a brand positioning and growth initiative for the WFF. In 2004, she received the WFF President's Award.
Peggy received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University with a major in public relations/advertising. She earned APR professional accreditation credentials from the Public Relations Society of America and is a graduate of the Leadership Dallas program. |
