Penny is responsible for the management of outsourced accounting non tax related. Prior to joining Xpitax Penny was COO of Global Staffing Connection, LLC an outsourced BPO in Casper Wyoming and Bangalore India. As such Penny traveled to India to oversee operations in the Bangalore office. Her first job with Xpitax was to work in the Chennai offices of Xpitax India to train Charted Accountants on QuickBooks and the typical outsourced bookkeeping work that CPA firms would outsource. Penny has worked with accounting firms for 15 years consulting with and developing training for the back office staff of accounting firms nationwide.
